If you want to report an interesting link, you can post it. If you want to launch a discussion, you can post it. If you’ve got something to tell, you can post it. If you’ve got something that doesn’t fit your blog’s topic, or if you don’t have a blog, you can post it. There is premoderation, of course (in order to avoid spam, insults, etc.) but it’s open to everyone. And comments on the guestlog aren’t moderated, because, uh… I don’t know, it just made sense when I coded it.
