Hallelujah! I can even leave Photoshop open and switch from Firefox to Sauce Reader to Opera to iTunes to Gaim to XNews without the computer stalling. I’m breathing again.

Oh, and I could have made a picture of the UPS, too, before I installed it in a remote corner. I can finally sleep peacefully: now when there’s a power outage at six in the morning I’m woken up by beeps every four seconds, summoning me to stumble from wall to wall all the way to the corridor so that I can get the power back up before it’s too late.

Not sure it’ll be powerful enough to handle a third computer when/if I buy a Mac.
